How do I use baker’s chocolate instead of cocoa powder?
The recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder, but I can’t find cocoa powder so I bought semi-sweet baker’s chocolate. I’ve read that 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder=1oz chocolate. So what’s 1 teaspoon equal?
Also what can I substitute Canola oil with?

I think if you used a 1/4 of an ounce of the baking chocolate you would be fine. Such a small amount of cocoa powder in a recipe shouldn’t pose a problem.
As far as substituting canola oil, if it’s for baking, any neutral vegetable oil such as corn or safflower would be good. Olive oil would change the taste.
