Men – Size Does Really Count
Men are at a serious disadvantage when it comes to the subject of penis size. Why! Men have little or no thing to compare themselves to apart from the occasional locker room glimpse or else the well endowed studs that they may see in blue movies who are hung like horses and who perform tirelessly for hours on end.

This results in a certain amount of lack of confidence in men and has the side effect of hampering their sex lives and possibly being a large contributing factor to phscological problems.
The internet offers a wide variety of cures and methods of how to lengthen your penis. Some of these are successful whilst others are purely a waste of time. A summary of the popular methods is:-
a) Pills and Lotions. The idea of popping a pill and not doing anything else is a very popular concept but one that bears very little results.
b) Vacuum pumping. Vacuum pumping is the process of placing the penis in an airtight cylinder after which the air is pumped out the cylinder leaving the penis in a vacuum. The penis is then filled with a fresh flow of blood resulting in a full and impressive erection. This is very quick but the results tend to be temporary and last only a few minutes. Overzealous pumping can result in serious damage and leave the penis permanently disfigured.
c) Exercise. Exercise works and the results are usually permanent but there is one little problem and that is that we start an exercise course with lots of enthusiasm but within a week or two it becomes a hassle in our busy daily lifestyles.
d) Surgery. Surgery is the quickest way to get guaranteed permanent growth. However this tends to be extremely expensive and there is always the risk of surgery gone wrong.
e) Penis extenders. These are discreet devices that are worn on the penis and provide constant slight traction to the shaft of the penis resulting in a stretching of the penis muscle. The gain in both length and girth is gradual but it is permanent. The device is usually worn for a couple of hours in the evening although it is discreet enough to be worn throughout the day undetected under normal clothing.
